Why Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy services include evaluation and treatments provided by a licensed physical therapist who has received very specific training on your condition.

Physical therapy helps people:

What sets Stinson & Voss Physical Therapy apart from other outpatient clinics in our area?

God First

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as if you are working for the Lord, and not for men."

Colossians 3:23

"A man's heart plans his course, but the Lord guides his steps."

Proverbs 16:9

Dr. Stinson and Dr. Voss have founded this practice through prayer and guidance from God.  Caring for our family, friends, clients, and community is a gift and honor.  We truly believe that your mission field is the place in which you are standing.  Our mission field is our physical therapy practice.

Family

"Two or more people who share goals and values, and have long term commitments to one another."

While there are several different definitions of "family", when you walk into Stinson & Voss Physical Therapy, you become a part of our family.  Each client will work as a team with their physical therapist to reach common, meaningful goals to improve their life.

One on One Care

It is the policy of Stinson & Voss Physical therapy to schedule each patient so that they receive the best care and full attention.  At times, there may be overlap of one other patient briefly, however, this should be the exception and not the rule.

Full Transparency on Cost

Because we are a cash based practice per visit, there is never a question of cost.  We do not bill items or services after the visit.  Payment is expected prior to care each day either for a single visit or as a package.  This allows our practice to keep our overhead costs down which keeps the visit cost down for our clients.

Many times, insurance will provide reimbursement directly to the client.  Stinson & Voss Physical Therapy will be happy to provide a "superbill" with dates of service and visit charges that can be submitted by the client for reimbursement to their insurance.

Individualized and Specialized Care

Clients should expect each visit with their therapist to consist of evaluation techniques and treatments which are research based and chosen by the clinician to address that person's specific needs and body deficits.  There is no "cookie cutter" approach to care.  Clients are not just a body part that needs therapy, they are a full person that needs care.

Telehealth

As the world becomes more virtual, especially in continued times of uncertainty, medical practice must change.  Dr. Stinson and Dr. Voss are both experienced in providing physical therapy care through secure telehealth pathways.  If you are unable to perform or uncomfortable with visits in our practice, there is availability to set up a telehealth evaluation and visits for care.

Home Visits

In select cases, Dr. Stinson and Dr. Voss may be available to perform visits in the comfort of a client's home.  These visits will be determined on a case by case basis and are subject to availability.
